  • Audit & review of school’s performance (pre inspection)
  • Developing curriculum and assessment materials.
  • Developing lesson observation skills (primarily in senior staff).
  • Headteacher development, including coaching and mentoring.
  • School leadership.
  • Time management.
  • Devising and implementing strategies for school improvement.
  • Developing “capacity” in schools.
  • Developing pupil “wealth” and SMSC.
  • Developing a clarity of role and incisiveness in the work of governing bodies.
  • (Developing specialist provision in low income/low resource communities and developing countries – work in India, Ghana and Pakistan).
